Mag. Victoria Reitter, BA MA

Research Associate

Victoria Reitter is currently working as a research associate in the project “Inside the deportation gap – social membership for non-deported persons”. She studied International Economics (Mag.a) at the University of Economics in Vienna and at the Högskolan i Halmstad in Sweden. Thereupon she completed a bachelor’s degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Vienna and received a grant of the same university for the field research of her master’s thesis. During that time she worked as an undergraduate study assistant at the Institute of Social and Cultural Anthropology and later she taught B.A. seminars at the same institute. Her main research interests include immigration to rural areas, immigrant acceptance and socioeconomic impacts of immigration.
