Anna Lazareva BA

Anna Lazareva studies political science at the University of Vienna.

Since Russia's invasion of Ukraine on February 24 and the resulting influx of displaced people from Ukraine to Europe, she has been working on the processes of arrival and reception of displaced persons in Vienna. In the context of her Master's thesis, she compares the reception regimes of 2015 and 2022 and aims to show both differences and contingencies in the reception of displaced persons in Austria.
